Any damn fool can put on a deal, but it takes genius, faith and perseverance to create a brand.

About Sundar Ganapathy

Sundar Ganapathy is a visionary marketing professional.  He is a consultant who has worked with brands and figures ranging from Unilever and Motorola to Mayor Mike Bloomberg.  He is a professional blogger and social media marketer who has developed websites from the ground up into profitable web destinations.  He is a young entrepreneur, while still in his early 20s, has launched sites, developed brands, and advised global leaders in business and politics.  He is a loving boyfriend, brother, son, patriot, and a student of the world.

Had enough of the megalomaniacal narcissistic self evaluation?  Good, me too – though I figured I would play the part for a short time as long as I have a website entirely devoted to myself.  While I may or may not be all of the above to everyone, I am indeed a visionary.  SundarGanapathy.com is dedicated to sharing my personal and professional vision with the good people who traverse this series of tubes we call the internet.  Since I was young, I knew I wanted to be a marketer (try to hold the laughter – I also wanted to be a astronaut and Navy SEAL when I was really young).  The world of branding and perceptions resonates deeply with me – after all, what is reality but a set of perceptions that we socially re-enforce?  This is the Logos that the ancient Greeks spoke of.  To me, marketing and communications are a way to interact with the logos and shape the fabric of our reality by molding, massaging, developing or destroying perceptions in a strategic manner.

I invite you to explore this website where you can read about my thoughts about marketing, communications, management, and business development.  It should be clear that this is a site for self promotion – and I do encourage you to read, print, and pass along my resume – but I hope that you can find insight and challenging opinions here that will help your organization succeed.  Please take the time to provide your feedback should any of my writings cause reason for discussion or debate.  If you really like what you see and hear, please connect with me on my online social networks using the links on the homepage.  I look forward to shaping the world with you, one brand and thousands of consumers at time.
